What dessert? You ask… Mousse? Pudding? No it’s Chocolate Coconut Panna Cotta!
Panna cotta means ‘cooked cream’ in Italian, and is a mix of milk, cream and sugar. Our version is made without your typical ‘cream’ and is dairy free!
Made with coconut cream, this chocolate coconut panna cotta is sure to impress your loved ones. Featuring just five ‘throw-it-all-in’ ingredients, it couldn’t be easier to prepare!

Chocolate Coconut Panna Cotta

A dairy fee chocolate panna cotta that’s easy to make and sure to impress!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 1 can / 400g coconut cream (or milk)
- 2 Tbsp cacao
- 2 Tbsp / 40g honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Pour milk and gelatin into saucepan and bring to simmer but not boiling, whisking to dissolve.
- 2. Remove from heat, whisk in all remaining ingredients until smooth.
- 3. Pour into 4 individual ramekins or Zestio Pouches and chill to set (minimum 2 hours).
- Thermomix
- 1. Pour milk and gelatin into TM bowl and warm (3 min, 100C, sp2)
- 2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix (10sec, sp3)
- 3. Pour into 4 individual ramekins or Zestio Pouches and chill to set (minimum 2 hours).
