Freeze yoghurt and fruit in a bag, and your smoothie is ready to go! No more getting up earlier in the morning to make your fix…
You could also blend and pop them in a zestio pouch and store in the fridge or freeze for a icy pole in our zestio pops!
Ingredients
6 ice cubes frozen yoghurt
½ cup chopped watermelon
½ cup frozen raspberries
coconut milk
maple syrup
Mango, passionfruit and pineapple smoothie
